1. Performer Verification
Every Performer is verified through National ID (NID) and selfie verification. Verified Performers display a blue badge on their profile. Reference checks and prior work records are reviewed before verification is granted.
2. Mohila Customer Protection
Mohila customers can filter to see only female Performers. Full address is not shown to the Performer before the job is accepted — only the district is visible. This ensures privacy and safety for women hiring services.
3. Honest Pricing
Budgets are set when posting a task. Performers bid within that budget. There are no hidden fees — what you see is the final price. Platform commission is transparently shown before you accept a bid.
4. Bid Floor (Minimum Price)
To prevent race-to-the-bottom pricing, minimum bid amounts are set per category. This ensures fair wages for Performers and maintains service quality across the platform.
5. Reviews from Completed Tasks Only
Reviews can only be left after a task is completed. To prevent fake reviews, every review is linked to a real completed task. Both parties — customer and Performer — rate each other for transparency.
6. Driver Category vs Vehicle Rental
WeDo's Driver category is for hiring a driver only — no vehicle included. Have your own car but need a driver? Use WeDo. Need a vehicle WITH a driver? Use the Ride platform (ride.khansland.com.bd). This separation ensures you get exactly the service you need.
7. Dispute Resolution
If there is any issue with a task, submit a dispute to our support team. Both sides are heard before a fair decision is made. Most disputes are resolved within 48 hours.
8. Privacy of Customer Information
Your phone number, address, and personal information are only shared with the assigned Performer after a bid is accepted. Never shared with third parties. Read our full privacy policy for details.
9. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation before work begins. If cancelled after work starts, partial payment may apply for the portion completed. For unsatisfactory work, use the dispute resolution process to request a refund.
